PhotoReading is a blast to teach. When I took the course for the first time in 2002, I was blown away
and made a commitment to teach it to others. I now lead seminars and am the master trainer for Learning Strategies Corporation, the developer of the program.
The thing that impressed me the most is how much I learned about myself. Not about reading, but how and why it was possible to PhotoRead, and how my brain and mind work. That in itself is an interesting distinction. I also loved the course design is elegant and rich with science and interactive exercises which helped me to have a new experience of myself. Well who wouldn't want that?
PhotoReading is more than an intellectual exercise, its a whole brain, whole person immersion which connects the learner to themselves in a deeper way than taught in school.
Schools teach us about subjects whereas PhotoReading teaches us about ourselves. Once I understood that, I realized that I could learn anything faster and better. The challenge then became what to focus my attention on since I realized I had new skills and all I need to do was hone them and move to mastery.
That's what this blog is about - Mastery. We can dibble and dabble or we can make a true commitment and do the thing we say we REALLY want to do.
Join me in a conversation about YOUR amazing brain and how to use it in the way intended and have fun learning about yourself and whats possible at the same time!
